Hey, I'm Scott.
I started Off and On because I kept seeing small businesses paying over the odds for websites that didn't work for them. Tradespeople, local shops, startups. Slow sites, outdated designs, or just not bringing in customers.
I'm based in Monmouth, Wales, and I build websites that actually do their job: look great, load fast, and get found on Google. I also help small businesses make sense of AI and how it can work for them, whether that's getting found on AI search engines or using AI tools to save time. No fluff, no jargon, no disappearing after the site goes live. I stick around to keep things running.

How long does a website take to build?
Most sites go from first chat to live in 2-3 weeks. Simple landing pages can be quicker. We'll give you a clear timeline upfront so there are no surprises.
Do I need to provide all the content?
Nope. We'll write your site copy based on a quick chat about your business. All we need from you is the basics: what you do, where you work, and what makes you good at it. We handle the rest.
What if I don't have any photos?
We can work with what you've got. Even phone photos of your work, your van, or you on site. We'll help you figure out what shots you need and can coordinate a quick photo session if needed.
Can I update the site myself?
You can, but you don't have to. Updates are included in our maintenance plans. Just send us a text or email and we'll sort it, usually the same day.
What happens if something breaks?
We monitor your site and fix issues as part of your maintenance plan. If something goes wrong, we're on it. You've got our number. We actually answer it.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Our maintenance and marketing services are month-to-month. Stay because the work is good, not because you're stuck. The website itself is yours. You own it outright.
